Once receiving your call or your email from our contact page, we will call you, usually within twenty-four hours, and set up a FREE “on-site” estimate with one of our experienced owners. We will have many questions as we hope you do. It’s important that we discuss your project in detail.

After getting a full understanding of your needs and expectations, we will present you with a written proposal for your examination. This will be the lowest possible price we can give you to meet your functional and creative needs. We will also provide a complete explanation of how we plan to accomplish each step of your job for a quality painting service. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction which we believe comes with complete honesty about every aspect of the job. After an agreement is made we will plan on dates for the work to be performed. We show up on time and stay until the job is finished. We do not jump from job to job.
The key to any good paint job is preparation. To ensure a long-lasting smooth finish this proper preparation is absolutely necessary for a quality painting service. Many painters will skimp on this making your job look poorly and wear away faster. With Lutz Contractors, you can rest assured every careful measure has been taken into account and completed. These steps include; washing, scraping, priming, sealing, caulking, patching, taping, sanding, and the use of multiple top coats.

Completion & Payment
Only after careful review and complete approval by *YOU* is the job completed. We generally take a 50% down payment at the start of the job with the balance being due upon completion. All quoted prices are for labor only. We will order and pick up your paint and supplies at our discount prices if you would like. You pay what we pay for these materials, Lutz Contractors does not make any profit from them.
